Good evening, my hive friends. How are you? Amidst the busyness of life, preparing a nutritious dinner can be quite a challenge. However, the process of preparing food not only results in delicious flavors but also allows for creative culinary expression. Today, let me share a simple yet delicious recipe I experimented with last night: "mixed rice recipe". In this recipe, a combination of vegetables, meat, and eggs is used, providing complete nutrition with essential proteins, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. Though it requires some time and effort, preparing this dish at home has allowed me to gain valuable experience. Let's take a look at how to prepare this nutritious mixed rice dish.

Required Ingredients...

šŸ€ Samba Rice 500g.
šŸ€ 2 Egg.
šŸ€ Soya Sauce.
šŸ€ Tomato Sauce.
šŸ€ Butter.
šŸ€ A few leek leaves.
šŸ€ A carrot.
šŸ€ A few pieces of finely shredded Fried meat.
šŸ€ Salt to taste.
šŸ€ 1 teaspoon of sugar.
šŸ€ 1 teaspoon of Pepper powder.
šŸ€ A little crushed ginger garlic.
šŸ€ pure coconut oil.

Method of making.

First, thoroughly wash the samba rice. Cook it in a rice cooker or a pot. Once it's cooked, let it cool separately. (You can use a suitable type of rice.)

Next Boil the pieces of meat we need for about 5 minutes, shred it thinly, and fry it until golden.

Then, cut the leek and carrot thinly as shown below. Also, crush the garlic and ginger and keep them separate.

Then take a cooking pot and keep it on the stove until it gets hot and add a 1/2 tablespoon of pure coconut oil & butter to it. Then after it gets hot, add the crushed ginger/ garlic paste and fry it for about a minute, at the same time add egg juice and mix well.

Next add chopped carrot and boiled rice to it and mix well.

Then add fried meat pieces, Pepper powder, Soya Sauce (1tsp), Tomato Sauce (1tbsp) and mix well.

Finally, add some leek leaves to it, mix well, keep it for a minute and prepare it in a bowl to eat.
