Meatballs are one of the most favorite foods for Indonesian people. When you visit Aceh, of course, don't be surprised that there are lots of meatball shops lined up neatly on the side of the road. In fact, not only small kiosks, restaurants or eateries, even cafes often now also provide meatballs on their menus.
The meatballs they offer come in various variants and even have their own characteristics for sellers to make their meatballs attractive to customers. This is not the first time I have reviewed meatballs, but there are things that are different about this meatball restaurant.
Meatball Buffet
Bakso Paknu is the first meatball to provide meatballs using the buffet method in Indonesia, specifically in the city of Banda Aceh. The complete address is located in Batoh, Banda Aceh City, which is a branch of this restaurant. They also have another outlet in the Lampineung area of Banda Aceh city. However, because Batoh is the closest place to where we live, we chose this place.
This meatball is also very casual in style, like a luxury restaurant. Complete, neat and clean facilities give the impression of number 1 customer comfort here. There is even the most interesting thing, every time you bring your child here you can take 1 balloon for free. In my opinion, this is their style of serving customers very well, they have even thought in such a way to satisfy customers.
The first meatball buffet in Aceh became popular because its style and way of ordering it were different from restaurants or meatballs in other places. Here we can easily choose our favorite menu by taking it ourselves. They only provide bowls and plates, so for the price list they have written it in the area where the food is served. So it makes it quite easy for customers when they want to add whatever they like. The prices also vary widely, starting from IDR.3000 to IDR.20,000 per unit from the menu.
The menu they offer here is very diverse. There are tendon meatballs, beef meatballs, spicy square meatballs, fish meatballs, egg meatballs, tofu meatballs, mushroom tendon meatballs, shrimp tendon meatballs. There are lots of varied menus that you must try here. Apart from that, they also provide a selection of super delicious fried menus starting from IDR.1500 to IDR.3000 per fry.
The types of fried food they sell are very varied, namely fried dumplings, mendoan tempeh, tempeh filled with chili sauce, tofu and fried meatballs. Well, apart from that, there is another complementary menu, namely noodles, with 2 types of noodles, yellow noodles and also corn vermicelli. As well as fried chili onions and vegetables that you can take as much as you like for free.
So, after choosing the menu that I liked, my friend continued to help himself to the drinks that had been provided at the bar table. We took orange iced drinks at a price of 10,000 and iced tea at a price of IDR.6,000 and one of my friends took a black carent drink at a price of IDR.10,000. As for the glass, they have provided it in a size that is quite large in my opinion. So it's really good to enjoy it with meatballs in soup later. Well, meatballs without sauce are definitely different, aren't they? I continued taking the sauce from the table that had been provided. The sauces are varied, we can choose as many sauces as you like. Starting from tomato sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sweet soy sauce, salty soy sauce, even green chili sauce which is my favorite when enjoying meatballs.
The meatball that my friend and I took here was the same. I took meatballs with meat filling, then spicy square meatballs, and tofu meatballs. Don't forget to add white noodles and yellow noodles, as well as some fried foods, namely fried dumplings and fried meatballs.
I stirred everything, added the sauce and started eating this dish. The first bite by inhaling the sauce, wow, it really hits the tongue. And the second bite I started to try, the meatballs were very delicious and chewy, especially since the combination of the sauce with the meatballs really strengthened the taste.
This is the best breed, I think this is a very delicious meatball, hygienic place and also gives the best impression of being here. Not only are the meatballs and other portions very good, the fried meatballs are also very delicious. They fry to perfect doneness.
I am very happy that my friend recommended and treated me to a different and very delicious meatball place. They're good at picking places, and besides, they live in the area so it's only natural to recommend meatballs here. They also know I like culinary, trying new dishes, I think this is the right place.
After finishing enjoying this dish, my friend's children started playing with the balloons they got at this outlet. They were very happy to enjoy this moment together.
