Atariki is the name of a Japanese restaurant that is currently popular in Banda Aceh. I saw an honest review by one of the floggers some time ago and said that this is a very popular Japanese restaurant and has its own characteristics in each dish.
The first time I entered a Japanese restaurant made me very enthusiastic. The waiters here are friendly and also welcome guests, they use Japanese. So the ordering technique is very helpful for customers like me who are coming to a Japanese restaurant for the first time.
Ordering a menu here doesn't have a menu like regular restaurants around my area. They immediately directed me to order which immediately displayed a screen of the food with the price listed. So here we immediately order and can pay straight away. After ordering we can choose a table wherever we like.
They don't sell all Japanese food, the main menu they sell is ramen with various flavors and toppings. Apart from ramen, they also sell various other Japanese food dishes. Such as dorayaki, takoyaki, dim sum, gyoza and others. But still, their best seller dish is ramen.
They offer various types of ramen here. I saw on the menu screen there were various ramen with different variants which were quite tempting in my opinion. However, I was afraid that my taste buds wouldn't suit me, so I ordered a menu whose taste would definitely suit my taste buds. I ordered Curry Ramen and my friend ordered Beef Ramen. We also ordered 2 portions of takoyaki, as an appetizer while waiting for the ramen to arrive.
The price of this ramen depends on what you order, the price for curry ramen per portion is 30,000 while my friend's order, Beef Ramen, is 39,000. Takoyaki also has a standard price, namely 19,000 dan.
For the drink itself, there are only two choices, namely green tea and orange juice. We only need to pay 10,000 for one person free of unlimited refills. Even though the drinks don't have many choices, I think these two types of drinks are very refreshing. The right choice for enjoying ramen is a refreshing drink, right? I think this would be very enjoyable to enjoy ramen.
Takoyaki
Takoyaki was the first menu that came when we were waiting for ramen. They served takoyaki with something different this time, the topping filled with slices of tuna smoked meat was enough to make this takoyaki very tempting. The sprinkling of green onions, as well as mayonnaise sauce and other sweet and spicy sauces are very delicious. For the inside filling, they add cheese to it, which makes it more savory and I really enjoy it.
Curry Ramen
Curry ramen has a thick sauce topped with chicken, eggs, seaweed and corn kernels. I really like the way they serve it, it looks so tempting with 1 split egg that is boiled and cooked with spices. The corn was boiled to perfect maturity, especially the chicken was perfect! The very tempting sauce made me not stop enjoying this dish.
I really like the taste of this ramen, the characteristic of ramen is that it has a chewy and dense texture. Even though the portion is not large, the abundance of toppings is enough to make me full.
Beef Ramen
Meanwhile, my friend's order of Beef ramen had a soup that wasn't thick because he ordered the original. The taste is almost similar to soup but when mixed with ramen and abundant beef the taste becomes truly amazing. Don't be surprised if I know the taste because my friend also gave me the opportunity to try beef curry in his bowl. The complete topping and tempting taste are enough to make us happy today. And it didn't disappoint at all.
The concept and style of this restaurant is indeed 100 percent with a Japanese theme from their seats and their kitchen which is directly in front of the guests enjoying the meal. The area is not large and closed, and this is a very typical Japanese characteristic.
However, because this room is narrow, they use appropriate air conditioning. Even the furniture arrangement of chairs or tables is minimalist. So it's very relaxing when enjoying the meal.
