Last month I went on holiday out of town to visit one of my friends, there he invited me to join a meeting with him. Well, I immediately said yes because even at home alone, I was also very curious about the cafe he was talking about. Well, this cafe is new in the city of Banda Aceh and has a very cool style compared to other cafes I have visited.
Morning Mama is the name of this cafe, located in one of the city centers of Banda Aceh, namely in the Blang Cut area, Lueng Bata. The place is small and also has an aesthetic design, making this place busy with young people visiting, generally college students or workers.
Entering this place, I immediately looked around the entire area of this place, well, this can be done because it's not crowded with visitors.
Drinks
Well, it didn't take long for my friend to immediately order food and drinks here, and we ordered the best drinks available here. Here we ordered 2 drinks and also 2 servings of simple snacks.
Well there are two very beautiful glasses of drinks here, I like the way they serve them. Aesthetic glasses with an extraordinary combination of colors, I think they thought about the concept and the way it was presented. So my drink order is Magic Tales, well this drink itself is truly magical as the name suggests. This drink has two volumes of purple and green, but did you know that if you stir this drink it will change color to clear white like mineral water.
What's even more magical about this drink is that if it hasn't been stirred, there is no taste at all, only a slightly sour taste. However, when this drink is stirred, the sweet and slightly sour taste mixed together becomes apparent. Wow, I'm very happy with this, at first it made me annoyed that the drink had no taste. Who would have thought that this beautiful drink has to be stirred first. Haha, the funny thing is I feel like someone who never drinks different drinks, even though that's true, and this is the first time I've tried this drink.
Meanwhile, my friend ordered Moonlight coffee, namely coffee mocktail with sparkling. It tastes like Americano coffee which is slightly sweet and bitter, very suitable for those of you who like drinks that are not sweet. In my opinion, the taste of the coffee is quite strong, but because my friend is a coffee lover, no matter how bitter he is, he really likes it. So this drink is very approved, so if you don't like drinks that have an excessive coffee taste, I don't recommend this drink.
But again, it's up to your individual tastes, because everyone's tastes are different. Even though we may have the same appetite, the quality of the drinks and food we taste will be different for each person. For this reason, be wise in reviewing the various foods that people serve, because what is served is not always bad, it's just that our tastes are different. Well, I say this, because there are lots of people around me who sometimes just eat other people's dishes without realizing that the food they are eating at that time even though it doesn't suit their taste buds. Hehe, that's why we have to be wise in assessing things, friends.
So, the price of these two drinks is not too expensive, the price per glass of drink is IDR. 22,000 I think is still very reasonable for this drink.
Snacks
I ordered 2 simple snacks to accompany our meeting today, namely French fries and crispy fried chicken. This snack is very suitable to accompany when meeting with friends, just discussing work or like me who is waiting for my friend to work like this.
Well, the taste of this snack really suits the taste buds and is suitable to be enjoyed while relaxing like this. It tastes crispy and the meat is very soft, all of the breast. I like this, especially when combined with chili sauce, wow it adds an extraordinary impression when relaxing here. The price of the crispy chicken is very reasonable, 22,000 per portion, while the price of the crispy fries is 17,000 per portion.
After tasting all our orders, I looked around this place, the place is not spacious. In the main room there are only a few chairs, and one bar table where orders are placed, as well as where they make customer orders. Even on these shelves they store various snacks such as cakes. But coincidentally when we arrived the cake wasn't ready.
The second room is the place we chose which is very cool, the furniture design is very connected. They make every ornament of this place have its own story. Calm and cool and very comfortable for those of you who want to find peace here. In fact, the feel of this indoor place makes us very comfortable, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the super busy streets.
What makes me like this place is the mirror attached to the wall. We can look in the mirror as much as we like, right?, hehe and that's very interesting in my opinion. And I also don't forget to take pictures of myself in the mirror, because that's really fun, isn't it?
