A delicious snack that can be made very cheaply. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- An egg
- A teaspoon of sesame seeds
- Two teaspoons of water
- 100ml of water
- Four tablespoons of plain flour
- Four tablespoons of cornflour
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Three ice cubes
The method of making;
First of all, add the egg in a bowl.
Now add pepper and salt powder and stir everything well.
Now add 4 tablespoons of cornflour, 4 tablespoons of plain flour and sesame seeds and stir.
After stirring the mixture well, add turmeric powder and ice cubes to it.
Stir this mixture until the ice cubes melt well.
After the ice cubes is melted well, add two teaspoons of water and stir this mixture well again and keep it aside for about three to four minutes.
Now put a pan on the stove, add oil and when the oil is hot, take a small amount of the egg mixture, about one teaspoon, and add it to the hot oil.
Fry on low flame for about three to four minutes on both sides and remove from the stove.
If you like to eat spicy food, you can add about a teaspoon of chili powder to these chips and stir well to taste.
