Cannon Fodder Chronicles: Truth Dawning

Western Media for the past month has been steadily leaking little bits of truth from the front in Ukraine. In a recent article from this week, by a New Yorker magazine reporter embedded with AFU troops on the Bakhmut front we learn about the dismal lack of support, training and equipment the Ukranazi face:

This sounds like a cry for more billions in military aid, which is certainly now muted in many ways by the new reports coming from Mexico showing cartels with US made rocket launchers meant for Ukraine and it's hard to say that this will encourage anymore such aid from others but the US is certainly going to pour in even more weapons despite the ever dwindling stockpiles, yet it will hardly make any difference or change the reality based on what this War On The Rocks article I found via MoA details:

Ad hoc logistics is covered by the New Yorker article, but the manpower advantage is ridiculous, because not only has Ukraine started with almost 400k but they mobilized over a million on top, meanwhile Russia started with 180k-200k including the separatists Militias, Chechens and various Volunteers, and mobilized another 350k with anywhere from 50k to 100k volunteers on top so obviously Russia doesn't have a manpower advantage, they have a firepower advantage, but the Russians are clearly outnumbered. They continue:

With 9 out of 10 casualties because of Artillery it's laughable to suggest that they are anything but cannon fodder, despite the 'mentoring' they could have received, no amount of mentoring will stop a shell with your coordinates on it.

If they're not training to duck mortars it's all the same.

They have a plan, it's a complete total overhaul, after which they conclude:

Yeah, that will fix the corruption, that will give them working communications, that will change the Russian Jamming and EW, that will somehow manifest an air force for Kivv or the artillery that has long since been depleted and I'm sure Kivv is sending Special Forces to 'defend' from trenches because of their doctrine, not because that's what they're reduced to using, showing how brain dead retarded these people are who suggested that the Russian army is poorly trained in their conclusion and previously trying to claim the Russian have a manpower advantage, and brain dead indeed as Russians have conducted numerous successful urban operations and did so without the 6 to 1 advantage these clowns think Ukranazi need.
