The Ukrainian strategy and tactics have been the same, fight for every inch, no matter how much reinforcements are needed.
How about the complete failed Russian offensive?

How about the fact Ukrainian forces are just picking off any rushing units getting with in range?

The conflict isn't in my control. Why hasn't Russia taken Ukraine? Why haven't they successfully taken the entire city? Or at least cut it off?
Loaded questions that are promised on the idea that they had to take Ukraine by now or Bakhmut. Why hasn't Ukraine stopped the Russians, why have the Russians taken Soledar, and 10 or so settlements around Bakhmut, and are still taking territory?
Not one instance of when and where Ukraine used the Fabian strategy.
