They have 6 pilots in training and 2 on standby. It will take 6 months minimum if they don't miss a day of flight, or kill themselves. After 6 months they need training for 3 more months minimum for air to air combat, and then another 3 for air to ground. The most hilariously retarded part isn't even that, and I haven't seen any MSM talk about it, but it takes over a year and a half to specialize in maintaining the craft and even more to learn to repair certain systems. This shit show is going to be trully catastrophic if it ever manifests, like the utter failure of ALL the nato trained, NATO equiped brigades to breach the Russian Security Zone except by the time f16 burn the Russians would have ground through another 100-150k and thousands pieces of equipment so by the time they can act as air support the f16s will be covering SUVs and pickup truck ISIS style "Ukrainians".
