Hello Friends,
The boom in Hive price tempted me to purchase some Untamed packs and Steem Engine and Hive Engine almost had same price (around 6.5 Steem/Hive per pack).
So, I explored on how to convert Hive to Steem (Yeah, reverse here although many are trying to convert Steem to Hive) since I could get more than double the volume of Steem for each Hive and used BeeSwap(@hiveswap account) services to convert some 20 hive to 40+ Steem and purchased 6 Untamed packs from Steem-Engine.com.
Well, not many of my previous 5+ packs purchase from steem-engine didn't yield much, but this time I was more luckier as return on investment was more with a Legendary monster which is among top 5 in price on market was there among those 30 cards.
Ok, let me give the screenshots first.
As we can see in the first screenshot, a Legendary KRON THE UNDYING was among those cards which also includes a gold foiled Undead Badger and other cards like Spark Pixies, Truthspeaker, Shieldbearer and couple of summoners in Contessa L'ament and Bortus among those.
I spent around $ 6.5 for packs and another Dollar for potions and the returned cards worth was more than 8.5 with price of the Cron The Undying itself is $5.
Here is the analysis from monstermarket.io regarding my purchase and the details of investment and returns.
While the packs purchased from steem-engine or now hive-engine or even shop from monstermarket.io may not count towards the airdrops or maverick status, but the chances of getting those airdrops are also very less.
Hence, I always prefer to purchase from one of the sources mentioned above to get the packs at cheaper rate and you can try the same too :)
