Learning to be a good rival to another brand or company without affecting it, rather than making noticeable differences visible, being assertive that customers find something special in each store, without overshadowing another store. We often want to be better at our jobs, but also by understanding the effect this can have on other businesses. Being empathic, because after all we all want to progress.
In my personal case, as an entrepreneur, not being afraid to talk to the client to know how to tell him, if he damages it, he pays for it. It seems like a joke, but many clients do not see the sacrifice as an entrepreneur, and as is customary, the client is always right, and I do not take it away from them, however, be careful when handling equipment and clothing before buying it and not damage them and return it in poor condition and leave without paying. The treatment of undecided customers who, in many cases, waste time and we must ignore it, and turn the page as if to say so. So, as an entrepreneur I would have liked to know this great detail, with which I would not do that to any business, because it is a waste of time in a real sale.
