De verdad que fue un sabado muy movido ya que tenia dos pedidos, ademas de que realice un mini cake para una causa noble y tambien ayude a mi tia a decorar una torta ya que ella no maneja muy bien la técnica de las rosetas y yo si, asi que con mucho gusto la ayude. La verdad que casi no tuve tiempo de comer, pase todo el dia horneando y decorando tortas. Termine muy cansada pero muy feliz porque amo mi trabajo y sin lugar a dudas no hay nada mejor que hacer lo que amamos y que las personas pongan en tus manos la confianza para hacer tortas para sus momentos especiales.

Empece la mañana decorando esta torta, que la hornee el viernes en la noche y ya tenia los toppers listos. Asi que solo me quedaba decorarla con merengue italiano, ya que esta torta fue una donación que hice para un bingo que estaban realizando para recaudar fondos para la esposa de mi padrino, que ya tiene muchos años padeciendo de cáncer y este a avanzado bastante y necesitan fondos para pagar algunos exámenes y me escribieron para ver en que yo podia colaborar y decidí colaborar con una mini cake que decidí decorar con el motivo de la lucha contra el cáncer.

Luego prepare mezcla para las dos tortas que tenia encargada, y mientras tenia las tortas en el horno llego mi tia para que la ayudara a decorar una torta. La torta tenia que ser decorada con rosetas de merengue italiano, pero mi tia dice que ella no es tan buena haciendo rosetas y decidió venir para que yo la ayudara y yo con mucho gusto la ayude. Aunque las dos trabajamos con merengue italiano ella lo hace difernete a mi, para decorar esta torta tuvimos que preparar dos veces merengue italiano ya que era una torta grande y ademas la decoración con rosetas se gasta bastante merengue y este fue el resultado final.

Cuando las tortas estuvieron listas espere se enfriaran, y la primera que decore es una que denia entregar a las 2 de la tarde, y como pueden ver en una de mis post anteriores yo hago los deliverys aun sin tener carro, pero hoy no podia y se lk explique a mi clienta y la verdad que fue un poco incómodo porque esta no lo entendio y la verdad es que me estrese un poco. Pero tuve ayuda de una prima que entrego la torta y le explico a la cliente que yo no tengo carro y s veces se me complica un poco y la mayoria de las veces le explico a mis clientes que deben retirar las tortas en mi casa.

Y esta fue la ultima de kas tortas que hice hoy, esta era para una prima y con esta no tuve ningún inconveniente. Fue un dia bastante cansado para mi y que casi no tuve chance oara tomar fotos o comer y otra de las cosas que me tenia realmente preocupada es que el gas me alcanzará para cocinar las tortas ya que pagamos el gas hace un mes y aun no lo venden. La vida de un emprendedor no es muy facil, pero todo esto vale la pena. Se despide de ustedes una repostera bastante cansada, pero feliz porque ama su trabajo.
