La mejora del emprendedor implica muchas cosas, son adiciones valiosas o mejoras, tiene que ver con la adición útil a, o la modificación de las habilidades de uno. Es imperativo para cualquier empresario que aspire a ser relevante en el mundo empresarial actual ser consciente y deliberado en la actualización de las habilidades requeridas. Es decir, no todas las competencias siguen siendo necesarias o pertinentes hoy en día debido a la mejora de la tecnología y a que el mundo ha cambiado con respecto a lo que solía ser y conocerse. Para cualquier empresario que quiera hacerse cargo de su mercado inmediato, resulta muy pertinente invertir más en la mejora personal. El futuro es incierto, mejorar uno mismo para las expectativas futuras es una búsqueda valiosa.
###Pasos para la mejora del empresario
- Fijar Objetivo: El objetivo es la posibilidad de dirigirse o adaptarse a un mercado específico. Fije un objetivo, defina su meta, hágalo de forma clara y deliberada, dése tiempo, defina claramente lo que quiere conseguir, cuándo quiere conseguirlo y cómo quiere hacerlo.
Desarrolle habilidades para las relaciones empresariales: Un empresario de éxito es aquel que desarrolla habilidades para establecer relaciones comerciales, no sólo con sus clientes, sino también con otras organizaciones empresariales de éxito. Los negocios son redes, es decir, conexión. La construcción de relaciones ayudará a exponer la organización empresarial a personas de fuera. Se puede empezar hablando con uno o dos de otros empresarios, amigos o colegas. La forma mejor y más barata de publicitar su negocio es a través de sus amigos o colegas. Cuando tengas una buena relación con ellos, uno se lo contará a otro, y otro a otro, y la red seguirá fluyendo. A veces, alguien puede necesitar un producto o servicio, pero no lo sabe porque nadie se lo ha comunicado.
Aprendizaje continuo: El aprendizaje es un continuo, el día que un emprendedor deja de aprender, deja de aprovechar las potencialidades de su mercado. el aprendizaje continuo es el proceso de actualización de los conocimientos nuevos y actuales relevantes para alcanzar y resolver los problemas actuales. Considere Hive Blockchain como un centro gratuito para equipar a un empresario con las habilidades que prevalecen con ser pagado. Además, uno puede conseguir esto a través de auto-estudio que es el acto de estudiar sin la ayuda de una institución de educación formal.
Autoevaluación: Se trata de reflexionar sobre la propia capacidad, comprobar los puntos fuertes de la empresa, evaluar los puntos débiles y tratar de mejorarlos. - Poseer el Carácter requerido: Hay un carácter empresarial, hay carácter que cualquier empresario que quiera controlar su mercado debe poseer, no importa el nivel de uso de tecnología y la cantidad de capital tanto humano como material, cuando la empresa carece del carácter empresarial requerido con los insumos especialmente la mano de obra se rompe como resultado de la gestión o el carácter del empresario, afectará en gran medida el nivel de resultado y el crecimiento de la organización se verá afectado.
*Red empresarial: La creación de redes es una de las aptitudes que todo empresario debe poseer en el mundo empresarial actual, especialmente en esta era técnica, ya que la construcción de una sólida red profesional y social permite dar a conocer la empresa y obtener apoyo. Ningún negocio prospera aislado, si es posible, asociarse y dejar que los amigos también ayuden a construir el negocio.
Tenga siempre un motivo para ser feliz, esté siempre dispuesto a aprender, no renuncie a asociarse, sea lo suficientemente abierto para recibir consejos, búsquelos si no llegan, pero no deje de evaluar su crecimiento y sus puntos débiles y, a continuación, mejórelos.

Entrepreneur's improvement entail many things, it is valuable additions or betterments, it has to do with useful addition to, or modification of ones skills. It is imperative for any entrepreneur who aim at being relevant in today's entrepreneurial world to be conscious and deliberate in updating in the required skills. Meaning, not every skill is still necessary or relevant today due to improvement in technology and the world has shifted from what it used to be and known. It became very pertinent for any entrepreneur who wants to take charge of his immediate market to invest more in self-improvement. The future is uncertain, improving yourself for future expectations is valuable pursuit.
###Steps for entrepreneur's improvement
- Set Target: Targetability is a potential to be aimed at or customized for a specific market. Set target, define your goal, make it clear, be deliberate about, give yourself time, clearly define what you want to achieve, when you want to achieve it, and how you want go about it.
Develop Business Relationship skills: A successful business entrepreneur is one who builds business relationship skills not only with his customers but with other successful business organizations. Business is networking, that's, connection. The building relationship will help to expose the business organization to outsiders. You might start by speaking with one or two of other business people, friends, or colleagues. The best and cheapest way of advertising your business is through your friends or colleagues. When you have a good relationship skills with them, one will tell another, and another tell another and the network keeps flowing. Sometimes, someone might be in need of the product or service but such might not know because no one inform him/her of it
Ever learning: Learning is a continum, the day an entrepreneur ceased to learn, such an entrepreneur ceased to take potentiality of his market. continual learning is the process of being updated the new and current knowledge relevant to achieve and solve the current problems. Consider Hive Blockchain as such a free hub to equip an entrepreneur with the prevailing skills with being paid for. Also, one can get this through self-study which is the act of studying without the aid of a formal education institution.
Self-Evaluation: This has to with reflecting on your ability, checking your business strength, assessing your weakness and trying to improve on them. *Business Network: Networking is the current skills every entrepreneur should possessed in today's entrepreneurial world especially in this technically era, building a strong professional and social network enable to expose the business and gain support. No business thrive in isolation, if possible partner, let friends help in building the business too.
Always have a reason to be happy, always be ready to learn, don't forsaken partnership, be open enough for advice, seek for it if it doesn't come but don't fail to evaluate your self and business growth and weakness then improve on them.
