In his old age, this carpenter dedicated his life to preserving several traditional musical instruments passed down from generation to generation, one of which was Canang Ceureukeh (the local name), which refers to a percussion instrument made of wood. As a percussion musical instrument, an arrangement of four wooden blades is the basic medium for being hit using a pair of sticks to create a distinct sound. This tool's sound has a unique draw and is frequently performed during special rituals.
This is the carpenter whom Utoh Amad often greets with his musical instrument when visited by observers of local musical arts. These pictures are also my entries for the #monomad challenge hosted by @monochromes.
Thanks for taking the time. Hopefully useful and entertained of course. This pictures taken with Canon EOS 6D camera+50mm Lens.
