Yesterday was finally my first class in the baking course. As it was the introductory class I didn't want to take my phone with me, because my experience with the bakery course taught me that it is only a short talk in which they talk about the rules, the guidelines for the first practical class and to get to know each other a little bit.
So I took some pictures before leaving and I walked to wait for public transportation. When I arrived I noticed that there were a lot of women in our classroom, there were a total of 27 of us. The teacher introduced herself and then had each of us say our name.
To be honest, I don't remember any of them hahaha. We were then dictated the ingredients of the preparations we would make in the next class. They will be a traditional ponqué and a marbled one. ♥
We were divided into groups of 9 and then we did a little draw to know what each of us had to bring. My turn to bring the sugar and the cream essence.
I am very excited that next week we are finally going to start the practical classes for both baking and pastry making. I promise that for the next ones I will document everything to the fullest, both the experiences and the preparations we make. ♥
Ayer fue por fin mi primera clase en el curso de Repostería. Como era la clase introductoria no quise llevarme el teléfono, porque ya la experiencia con el curso de panadería me enseñó que solo es una charla breve en la que nos hablan de las reglas, las pautas para la primera clase práctica y conocernos un poco.
Así que me tomé unas foticos antes de salir y me fui caminandito a esperar el transporte público. Al llegar me di cuenta que habían muchas mujeres en nuestro salón, eramos un total de 27. La profesora se presentó y luego hizo que cada una de nosotras dijeramos nuestro nombre.
Para serles sincera, no recuerdo ninguno jajaja. Ya luego nos dictaron los ingredientes de las preparaciones que haríamos en la siguiente clase. Serán un ponqué tradicional y uno marmoleado. ♥
Nos dividimos en grupos de 9 y luego hicimos un pequeño sorteo para saber que le tocaba llevar a cada una de nosotras. A mi me toca llevar el azúcar y la esencia de nata.
Me tiene súper emocionada que por fin la semana que viene van a comenzar las clases prácticas tanto de panadería como de repostería. Les prometo que para las próximas si documentaré todo al máximo, tanto las experiencias vividas como las preparaciones que hagamos. ♥
