
Welcome to another episode of Creative Sunday on the Hive learner's community, today's task is always about being creative with anything that others can learn from. It could be artwork, graphic design, cooking, or anything.
I started participating in week two of this challenge and I find it very interesting. My little creative work always comes from the kitchen, making food is something I find very comfortable and I am always eager to do it because I love food.
As usual, I try to do a particular meal differently as an entry for this challenge and I find it fun. Today's food almost ended up in a disaster because it is my first with it and I believe I will get better at it on my next try, I don't know what name to call the meal so I will allow you to do that in the comment section.
The recipes are:

- Bread
 - Egg
 - Seasoning
 - Salt
 - Onions
 - Oil & Butter
 - Chili pepper.
 
These recipes automatically tell us that we are having bread and egg, and that is true but I wouldn't have made it for a post like this if it was just to fry the eggs and devour it a big loaf of bread.

I mentioned in my last post how we can bring fun into our meals to make us want to eat the very last piece of the meal and that's what I will be doing today with the bread and egg.
This meal is easy to prepare, it is nutritious, it doesn't take time, it is a light meal, and doesn't cost you much money but it requires paying proper attention to it to avoid burning it just like I did with mine when preparing it. The alternative way of having bread and egg is by toasting it if you do the usual egg frying but with this method, you are about to see it differently and you will like it.
It can be used for breakfast or lunch, it is okay for both adults and kids, it is really tasty if prepared well.

Process...
Break the eggs into a container, and add the seasoning, salt, and onions. Stir it very well until everything blends in well.
Spread butter on both surfaces of the bread or just one of the sides if you don't have enough, repeat the process for the number of pieces of bread you want to prepare.

Cut a circle out of the bread, you need a neat cup or smaller container of your choice to achieve that.
Heat little oil in a pan at a very low temperature.
Put a slice of the bread in the hot pan (remember you don't need much oil for that).

Pour your egg into the hole you created in the bread while it is comfortably sitting in the pan.
Toss the bread around in the pan while the egg fries and turn it to the other side when the first side is fried.
Repeat the process as many times as you want as long as you have enough bread and egg to use.

I almost burnt some of the bread.
The hole created in bread will be replaced with a fried egg and that makes it not just fun but tastier as well.

I have seen people refer to foods like this as junk food but I don't agree, because it is easy to prepare and light doesn't make it anything lesser than a good meal.

This combination has got almost all the classes of food, protein, carbohydrate, vitamins, fat & oil which are all necessary for growth so how is that a junk food?
