Chicken Steam Roast Recipe.

Palak Alu Bliss: A Veggie Lover's Dream

So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative tasks and share them with our Hive family.

Last week Due to my busy routine For the first time after getting HL verified, I missed Creative Sunday Post. to be very honest I am very sad about it, but there is nothing I can do.

Today we decided to cook chicken Steam Roast

let's Start.


Ingredients


  • chicken 1 kg
  • Yoghurt 1 Cup.
  • Green chilli 15-20.
  • Garlic 8-9 Cloves
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Lemon 4
  • Salt ( as per taste )
  • Red Chilli powder ( 1 table Spoon )
  • Dry Corriender 1 tablespoon
  • Fennel seeds 1 Tablespoon.
  • cardamom 8-10
  • Black Cardamom 3-4
  • Cloves 8-10
  • Nutmeg 1 pinch in powder form.
  • Yellow food colour 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil 100 ML
  • Shaan Tikka Masala 1 Table Spoon

Cooking Procedure


First of all, gather these dry spices on the plate. Grind them all together in the Grinder.

In the grinder, they will convert into powder form.

Take out these Grind spices in a bigger bowl.

Now bring Shaan tikka Masala.

Now bring salt, Red chilli powder, shan tikka masala, yellow food colour, and cumin Powder.

Mix them with already Grind Dry species.

Now bring Green chilli, Garlic and ginger.

Grind them in the Grinder and make a paste.

now add Lemon Juice to this paste.

Now add this lemon-mixed paste to the Dry species Bowl.

Now Bring Yoghurt,

Add yoghurt to the Bowl containing spices. and mix them very well.

Wash the chicken properly, and keep it on the plate for some time, so that the water on the chicken gets dried.

Now add the chicken to the Paste we have prepared.

Mix it well, as you can see in the picture. Make sure, no space of chicken remains empty from our prepared Paste.

Now add the chicken to the cooking pot.

Cook it on a light flame for about 25-30 minutes. the purpose of keeping it on a light flame is that the gets cooked properly and softens.

Now take Oil.

add the oil to the cooking pot, and cook it for almost 4 to 5 minutes.

This is the final look of Yummy Chicken Steam Roast.

Serve it with Bread.
