On the Hive Blockchain we find a series of activities that allow us to receive monetized rewards by producing content, and playing games which ensure that we are rewarded for contributing and participating. In addition, it has been the gateway for many of us to understand the essence of what a cryptocurrency is and how to convert these to local currencies.

In particular, the Hive Block Chain has given me the opportunity to express myself creatively, interact with many people worldwide and certainly to generate some income that serves me to supplement, along with the salary I receive in my job, personal and family expenses.
However, how many times we feel that we made a spectacular blog, which cost us time, creativity and imagination and we find that it did not meet our expectation of visits or monetization. It may be that we were wrong in expressing a good idea, or that we are building the path that will lead us to have more followers and as a consequence more readers and a higher monetization.

I wish the Hive Blockchain would develop an algorithm that could pick the weekly posts that have had the least views and through a vote involving the users of the communities on Hive choose the posts deserving of a second chance.
The winners would be published, they would automatically find out as well as the other Hivers and would have the opportunity for two more days to monetize and for sure to add new followers that will help them to grow within the Hive Blockchain.
We all know that doing Power Down on the platform, affects our voting power and what we are going to charge for healing, but sometimes we need to get Hive to get out of some eventuality or emergency being the most extreme case and the least advisable to want to withdraw from the platform.

But it happens that the time it takes the whole process amounts to 13 weeks, so the amount chosen is divided into equal number of parts per week. This time is very long when we talk about an emergency, there should be a way to shorten it in these eventualities.
Of course, if the Hive received has already been enough to cover our emergencies it is possible for this process.
If we are consistent Hivers, and evaluate the benefits that the Hive Blockchain has brought us we will continue to produce quality content in our peer communities and help other peers with our comments and our votes. We will always give a helpful advice, a motivational word or a scolding, in a good way, if we observe any behavior that is not in accordance with the rules of a community or the general rules of Hive.
For the time being, these would be my recommendations for the benefit of all of us who make life together in the Hive Blockchain.
I thank the Hive Learners community for allowing me to express my opinion freely and I also take this opportunity to tell you that I really enjoy the community, its interesting proposals and the excellent publications that have even helped me to have another point of view about certain situations raised in the different publications.
