Hive Focused is my focus
Sometimes life will throw something at us that makes us rethink and change our direction.
Sometimes it may be a paradigm shift, an epiphany or it could just mean making a few changes in your life so you can change your route.
For me i had something happen in the last couple of days that made me decide that not everything i do is serving me in the best way possible. So some changes are definately going to have to be put into place in my life if i want to see certain things grow and prosper.
Basically the other day i had a seizure nothing major, i have had them before, it just did my head in because i kind of thought that was in the past now.
The problem is i had a complex PTSD dissassociation episode right after and the whole thing kind of threw me through a loop.
Anyway i got cleared by medics for the seizure and was just told i would need to take it easy for a couple of days, was told if i started feeling funny in anyway to call someone.
The PTSD episode only lasted a few hours and i remember very little about it to be honest and have been quite clear to those around me, i don't want to know.
The truth of the matter is from time to time this sort of thing will happen and constantly addressing it or worrying about it is not helpful.
I have been through therapy, taken medications and seen all the neccessary professionals but it will not stop things from resurfacing time to time.
I can either get all down about it, or do what i have found has helped in the past which is focus all my energy into a purpose.
I am re-evaluating certain priorities and putting a majority of my focus in Hive, The We Are Alive Tribe @aliveandthriving and the @heartbeatonhive project activities.
Getting on it
I started to catch up by completing the main @heartbeatonhive post, i have been building a pretty good team there now and there seems to be a lot of support and want for the project.
I purchased some Alive tokens, staked some and sent the rest over to the project. Some will be staked but most of it will go for prizes, the @heartbeatonhive project gives away Alive and other tokens everyday plus we are nearly at our official 500th post where i am planning a giveway in prizes and tips to celebrate.
But you can go there on almost any day and we are normally giving something away all you have to do to take part is interact with the post to be entered into a draw.
No one get's nothing we tip multiple different tokens and there are several different draws you can possibly win.
We are adding more tokens to the prize pot coming up to our 500th which i am adding both ALIVE and HIVE tokens today myself.
We have also had 2 AWESOME added by @flaxz as well today, all this will be mentioned in our next post after it came about after posting there today already.
Everyday my life improves one way or another and i knew re-building was going to be tough but ya never know what will get you going till it does.
Honestly despite all the challenges that we all face in life, if you want rise above it all get yourself purpose.
I am not saying it will be easy but with purpose you have a point to aim for and once you have that, it will be very hard for someone or something to stand in the way to stop you once you focus on your purpose.
