Still working on the Base Chakra
Trying to find the right balance in life can be difficult, but remember it is a whole ass journey and not something to be rushed at just make sure your learning and taking notes.
For example i have learned i need to seriously work on managing my activities and make new priorities in the process.
Helping others to achieve what they need and so empowering their lives locally is a great way to do this i have observed.

This can be spiritually, financially or physically but not in a way where people are not learning, but as a reward for the effort they put in.
This must be done by leading the way, so often now these days people say do this and do that but actually are not taking the same journey themselves.
People are willing to help you for the most part if you are willing to help yourself.
Give help when needed to others around you so they can follow with instructions even if they are not confident in their own abilities and still succeed.
If you know someone that can do something, but are held back by fear and doubts it is your duty as a human being to empower those people and around you.
You are as strong as your weakest link.
For the right balance it is all about your mindset and environment.
Eva is 5 years old and wanted to come to the top.
She didn't want me to come get her i just had to give her instruction and hold out a helping hand in the end.
This is a great accomplishment for a 5 year old and will fill her with confidence as she physically achieved a goal, spiritually overcome her fears and she was rewarded by the outcome. 
Then i showed her how to safely descend, take the time to teach them young.
Life is full of risk
Teach people around you how to take risks safely and they will be better able to deal with what life as to throw at them later.
New Start New Week New Goals
Looking for people locally that are interested in making money online, thinking a local club type scenario could be a good way to go.
I am going to then continue to work on my Chakra centres continuing with the base the Muladhara as well as moving into the Sacral Chakra the second Chakra called Svadhisthana.
We have to continually work on the balance of all 7 chakra centers but we must also remember to continually attend the base.
Each chakra has it sound the base chakra sound is "oo" like the vowel sound of in the word loot.
This is needed when making sounds in meditation it is not random, it is important to create the right frequency in C.
Progress Of Goals
Look for solutions and everything will improve, look for problems that is what you will find.
There is basically 5 tokens i am focusing on here on Hive at the moment, although i am accumulating others too.

I have aquired some tokens to push myself to over 10,000 staked not bad considering i have been giving Alive Tokens away @heartbeatonhive engagement prize spin draw daily. My next target will be 15,000 🤞 🤣 i didnt quite get there but i will do in the new week for sure.

I am saving most of my earned CTP to stake to Listnerds but am still staking on my wallet too. I am planning to do more with CTP this week to try and increase my stack.
