A good start of the day. The weather was ok today. Sun has just come out again. it's past 7pm here in UK.
Today i did not do my actifit steps. Been watching T20 cricket match today.
I did complete most of my online tasks.

Cricket News:

1. 1st T20 match - West Indies v/s India (India's tour to west indies)
   West Indies won the toss and elected to bat. West Indies scored 149/6 in 20 overs. India in reply managed 145/9. West Indies won the first match of the five match series by 4 runs

2. The Hundred Men's and Women's Competition 2023 matches are currently being played.
