Yes, World Cup 50 overs cricket has started in India.
First match between England and New Zealand was played in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
New Zealand won the toss and elected to field. England scored 282/9 in 50 overs. In reply, New Zealand lost the first wicket very early. But, david conway and rachin ravindra scored centuries, a 273 runs unbeaten partnership ensured that New Zealand had their convincing win and started their world cup campaign in style.
New Zealand won by 9 wickets (with 82 balls remaining)
My day:
A good start of the day. Weather was good today.
Work was not that hectic.
