There is a season for everything, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. Life is lived in progression and in stages, events and activities must follow a particular progression or chaos and disorderliness will prevail. There is a correct progression to accomplishing a task, there is a correct progression to acquiring possessions, and there is a correct progression to life. Even when you are making a call, the numbers must follow the correct progression, or your call will not go through.

Everybody has what he or she considers as priority. Your priorities will determine your success or failure in life. If you want to be productive, efficient, and effective as an individual, an organization or a family, you must get your priorities straight. This means following the correct progression in the allotment of time and resources to the accomplishments of goals or meeting your needs. You must know what is important, and what needs attention first. That something is important does not mean that it is urgent, but when something is important and urgent, then that thing is top priority and needs immediate attention.

When it is time to assign money, energy, or time, you will assign according to what you consider as priorities, so if your priorities are wrong then your time, money, and energy will go in the wrong direction and so will your life. Now, what you consider as priorities may not be wrong, in fact they may be good and equally important but if your timing is wrong, then you have misplaced your priorities.
