The logo of the Organization corresponds to Amnesty International, if you look at the initial photo, where a man appears lighting a candle, you will understand that the image arose inspired by the first actions taken by this NGO. The man in the photo is the British lawyer Peter Benenson, who in 1961, motivated by the imprisonment and harsh treatment of six young people in Portugal, arrested for simply having toasted the freedom of their country, unfortunately, were at that time under the dictatorship of António de Oliveira Salazar. I can assure you that every government with totalitarian, dictatorial tendencies or that aspires to eternal power usually has a lousy sense of humor and very little tolerance for criticism. Benenson was outraged by the situation and published on May 28 of that year in The Observer newspaper, a very heartfelt plea calling for the action of all people in favor of the release of what he called "Prisoners of Conscience", In this beginning he referred to the young Portuguese, but his call was not for a single occasion, he advocated the creation of a group of world citizens that would ensure respect for human rights, free from pressure from governments and independent of constituted powers. The article, titled The Forgotten Prisoners, was the initial spark, inspiring people from various countries to unite under a common cause.
By July 1961, delegates from the United Kingdom, the United States, Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, and Switzerland officially joined together to start a permanent international movement in defense of minimum human rights for all mankind, regardless of gender, race, religion or any human quality or characteristic that differentiated them.
Much has happened since then, but today the ideals of the organization remain in the same vision as Benenson, the NGO has been harshly criticized by political leaders of several countries, has found the rejection of different groups of political and economic power, it has been banned in undemocratic or dictatorial countries. In spite of everything, he has remained and tries to ensure that his fight is adequate, in fact, he has the merit of being one of the few voices that has dared to accuse #NATO member countries when they have carried out or are suspected of having committed human rights violations, as happened when the bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999

El logotipo de la Organización corresponde a Amnistía Internacional, si te fijas en la foto inicial, en donde aparece un hombre encendiendo una vela, podrás entender que la imagen surgió inspirada en las primeras acciones que tomó esta ONG. El hombre de la foto es el abogado británico Peter Benenson, que en el año 1961, motivado por el encarcelamiento y los duros tratos contra seis jóvenes en Portugal, arrestados por simplemente haber brindado por la libertad de su país, por desgracia, estaban en ese momento bajo la dictadura de António de Oliveira Salazar. A pesar de todo, se ha mantenido y procura que su lucha sea adecuada, de hecho, tiene el mérito de que fue una de las pocas voces que se ha atrevido a acusar a países miembros de #OTAN cuando han realizado o se sospecha que han cometido violaciones a los derechos humanos, tal como sucedió cuando los bombardeos de Yugoslavia en 1999

He disfrutado de un sábado muy tranquilo, los servicios eléctricos y de señal de Internet han sido estables, mi hermano y yo hemos cocinado con calma, mi hermana nos pudo llamar... en general puedo decir que fue un día agradable, ojalá que el resto del fin de semana sigua así.
