Martes un poco agitado. Luego de una larga interrupción en el servicio de electricidad, ha regresado y estoy corriendo para sacar algunas tareas adelante, pues el cielo está gris oscuro y suenan rayos, así que viene una fuerte tormenta y es probable que me deje sin electricidad de nuevo en breve. En fin, son cosas cotidianas en mi #vida viviendo en #Venezuela, así que no vale la pena quejarse ni profundizar en ese tema.
Digamos que mi día ha sido, a pesar de los detalles, un día tranquilo, y no hay grandes cosas que registrar. Así que, pasemos mejor a comentar sobre la efeméride de la #Historia escogida para el día de hoy, por si acaso, tengo que decir que, si vez que la publicación está sin que me despida al final, es porque debo haberme quedado fuera de línea por fallas fuera de mi control, así que te pediría que volvieras a leerme dentro de unas horas para ver si logré completarla. Bien, hoy es el ‘Día Mundial del Aperitivo’.

Seguimos con las celebraciones de cosas relacionadas con la #comida o la #cocina, aunque si se trata de aperitivos puede que tenga que considerar también a las bebidas o #licor. La fecha, se dice, que comenzó como una propuesta de una marca de papas fritas industrializadas, como una manera de estimular las ventas, pero fue adoptada por otras personas y se escapó de la simple estrategia de mercadeo, para tomar vuelo por sí misma.
Es comprensible que fueran fabricantes de papas fritas lo que propusieran el día, después de todo, resulta que esa preparación de #papas es uno de los aperitivos más comunes y frecuentes del mundo, según he podido leer, también son populares algunas formas de encurtidos, tales como las aceitunas, o los frutos secos (como maní, avellanas, nueces, etc.). Bueno, también tengo que incluir en la lista el caso de #licores que se han diseñado como aperitivos, tal como es el caso del Vermut (o vermú, o vermouth), a fin de cuentas, se supone que por el origen de la palabra que se usa para designar todo esto, son cosas que sirven para ‘abrir el apetito’, que en un latín tardío era la palabra aperitivus, y de allí los idiomas romances y otros idiomas occidentales tomaron su raíz para la palabra.
