It's Monday again and I'm back to work. The weekend was challenging and some offline matters have erupted causing me to shift my focus.
Monday is typically the day we make a plan for the coming week. I am not sure what time I can commit to writing this week due to the offline matters. I can say that it's exhausting and I am just trying to do what needs to be done and get through the days.
Today was work. I mentored two new trainees for the first half of the day. The second representative was put with me while her mentor worked on getting back online. I mentioned in past posts that all training is done remotely usually Microsoft Teams. The representatives listen to my calls, observe screen choices, and ask questions in an attempt to grasp the health insurance calls, policies, and expectations.
After work, I drove to Pymatuning State Park less than a half hour drive from my house to view fall foliage and watch the sunset. My location fell short of my expectations because of trees blocking the setting sun.
I needed to get outside into nature and walk. My stress levels have been toxic and I'm doing what it takes to address it. I'm spending time in the Bible and praying for wisdom and discernment.
For the remainder of this week, I work and mentor just one representative.
Tuesday- work- call Dad. It's his 84th birthday
Wednesday - work, I am supposed to get my hair cut, but I also scheduled a chiropractor visit in Erie. Church - I may stay in In Erie and attend in person. Something needs to be shifted with one appointment so I'll deal with that adjustment tomorrow.
Thursday- work and a ladies' meeting in Erie.
Friday- work, hopefully, relax and regroup.
Saturday - unclear yet, perhaps time for a post.
Photographs captured using my Samung Galaxy Note S22 Ultra Plus smartphone today at the Pymatuning State Park in Linesville, PA. I may post more on a Wednesday Walk post.
