Happy Sunday, friends and readers! I hope that this message finds you well. Life has been challenging and busy this week and I'm finding time to check in and say hello.
Friday after work, Jeff and I went to dinner and Saturday I spent cleaning the house, washing dishes, washing all the laundry, vacuuming all the rugs to rid the house of dog hair, doing dishes, and scrubbing the bathroom walls and floor.
Needless to say, I was exhausted. Jeff helped a friend from church with moving preparations. The family wasn't ready to move yesterday, so the truck was reserved for today after church services at 1:00. Jeff, my son, and I went to help. They rented a UHaul truck and off we drove.
There wasn't a lot of organization in this move, but we managed to clear the house of boxes, bags, and sundry items and unload the UHaul to return it by 4:00 p.m. The move was physically challenging for us all, but more so for all the men. We had a total of four men to lift. I was the odd woman out so I carried what I could.
We dropped off the truck and got Arby's on the way home. We hadn't eaten all day until then.
We watched the streaming church service this evening. Pastor is preaching through the book of Daniel. Tonight's message focused on Shadrach, Meshak, Abednigo, and the fiery furnace.
It's nearly bedtime and I'm ready already. We are watching a movie named Fallen.
It's Sunday and in Alive Tribe we share progress. I've had a spotty week so my activity is less than I hoped to have, but here is my last week's numbers.
