The Month of February
February is here and many have their goals outlined already. I participated in the HPUD but silently of course, due to the nature of my account. With the recent development of things, I decided to change tactics. It would be very difficult in a way as it is not something I am used to.
Writing Daily
I made goals to write regularly at least once a day and I am proud to say that I saw that through all of January. I wrote daily and maybe the Quality wasn’t superb but it was still something.
Participating in the LPUD
I also participated in the LPUD and I have promised myself not to miss any this year. I want to at least become a Cub by the end of the year. That is acquiring 5k Leo Power. Is that possible? Absolutely. I just need to work out an effective strategy.
Threading
I also want to be more active on LeoThreads. This means I’ll have to swallow the frustration that comes with loading of threads on my phone. I don’t know if maybe it is my phone’s capacity that is just lower than the webpage. I got rid of the Leo App because it was much worse but all that will change someday, I guess. For now, I’ll try my possible best with the threads no matter the slow network.
Threads are really awesome and for the few days I swallowed my frustration in January, I reaped the rewards. I like it. It is an effective way to make new friends and meet new people. I also see interesting memes!
1 Hive Daily
The Update to February is powering up 1 Hive daily. I didn’t do this out of fear in January because I felt I wouldn’t be able to keep up but if I have been consistent in the Penny A Day Savings strategy with Saturday Savers, I am pretty sure I can do this too. And while I might be powering down, I only take what is needed for the week in the project and power up the rest (well, I mostly send them to my Leo account).
Conclusion
Watching my Hive account deplete has to be the hardest thing I have had to do this year, but I am ready to work it back up when all is said and done. I have had to talk to myself almost always about how I’d be powering back up 667 Hive plus the daily 1 hive a day to stop the anger and inadequacy I feel towards myself. Not easy watching what you built break down to bits. Worse when you are the one orchestrating it.

- Keep Writing Daily
- Participate in the upcoming LPUD (looking at 1k LP by the end of February)
- Be More active on Threads
- Powering up 1 Hive daily
- Consistent Engagement
This might be a breaking time for me but what matters is the end result.
