Its week 33 (20/08/23) of my savings focus for 2023 with the Saturday Savers Club which I think is a great Hive community initiative run by @shanibeer writing as @sally-saver on the @eddie-earner account.
My focus for the rest of the year is:
- My annual HP target of 10K HP,
- HBD:HIVE trading,
- @eds-vote 2k HP delegation and my annual EDS target of 100.
Weekly Stats
Weekly commentary
- My weekly gain was +336 HP, which is possibly one of my highest ever weekly gains. I've been posting regularly while on vacation, and some of those travel posts have done really well. Plus with the price of HIVE being so low, that is also improving post payouts,
- My HP total is 6556 HP. This time last year I had 1513, so have gained 5043 in the year,
- I need a further 3444 HP to hit my 10K target, which at 19 weeks to go requires 181 HP per week (down 8 per week - it does not often go down these days !). It will be tough for me to hit this, although, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now, as the amount to go figure is less than my total in hand figure, and keeps reducing. I just need to keep on pushing !,
- I added another 49 HP to my delegation to @eds-vote to help with my annual EDS target. I now have 1649 HP delegated which is really helping my weekly EDS income (1.03 EDS this week from the delegation alone). This target now seems a lot closer - looks like I'll hit it around October, which will be nice,
- I gained +1.496 DAB and +1.201 DBOND from DAB and DBOND drips this week, with my weekly DAB gain going up again by a small amount. The price of DAB has reduced a bit this week (bids at 6.2, asks at 9.98 !) - but its still quite nice. I really like this project and I'm looking forward to seeing how it grows and changes over time - I know they have other plans in the making,
- HBD:HIVE trading - I had 1 trade this week, but at low margin, so was only a very small gain.
Plan for the coming week
- To continue to make sure I post daily to ensure daily HBD and HIVE author rewards,
- To be active in HIVE Blog curation to help with HIVE curation rewards,
- To continue to increase undelegated HIVE in order to improve HIVE curation rewards,
- HBD:HIVE Trading - The price is currently too low for my trading range, but I'm considering lowering my range, because HIVE price in the $0.30s seems to be a thing - and that will help increase my number of trades,
- This weeks delegation of 33% of my weekly HP income (+112 HP) will be going to @eds-vote, and I will continue to do that until I hit my target delegation of 2k,
- I will be selling HBD payouts from posts for HIVE in order to power up more towards my annual HP target, especially while the price of HIVE is so low - its making quite a difference to that target at the moment.
In summary, it was a pretty awesome week, with my HP taking a nice jump towards the 7k mark ! Here's hoping for more weeks like this !
