Greetings, beautiful community of @WEEKENDEXPERIENCIAS may you all have a nice weekend full of blessings, today I will participate in the initiative created by @galenkp where he exposes several topics, the one I liked was. Have you ever been on a blind date.....

To be very honest, I don't like blind dates, but once, when I was in college, one of my best friends, Katy, kept bugging me to meet a guy named Gabriel. I remember being nervous that day because he had been sold to me as a super cute guy and I wanted to look good. The date was planned at a coffee shop near the university and from the first moment I saw him, I didn't like him. Who goes on a blind date in Bermuda shorts and sports flannels? Fatal. All I could think about was strangling my friend. I was in my best dress and he looked like he had just come from playing soccer, he was a little sweaty and looked like he hadn't washed his shoes for a while. We introduced ourselves and sat in a corner of the cafeteria because it was the only table alone.

From the beginning, he asked nothing more than "how do you like men?" And he started talking non-stop. He sounded like a parrot, he was very nervous, he was talking incoherent things that had nothing to do with the date. He was just talking. "I'm good at this, I'm good at that..." He even told very personal things without knowing us. Really, it was very uncomfortable. He wanted to leave, I just shook my head with a fake laugh. After a few minutes, she realized I was uncomfortable and asked me what I was studying. I told her I was studying to be a teacher and she said "that's good, my aunt and grandmother are teachers" and started telling me family stories. At no time did we have a good connection, it was all about him. Every time he talked, I realized that our tastes were totally opposite. At one point I said "the coffee smells good" and he kept talking without paying any attention to me. Neither a cup of coffee nor a dessert was invited. It was terrible. In the end, I had to order the coffee myself and pay for it.

People who love and do not say so do more harm than those who profess a love they do not feel.
