Hello Everyone 💕 💞,

Today been Friday Feb 21, I joined the contest and also initiative here on Steem Community #foodfightfriday which has been the reining of the food lovers all over the world through showcasing all kinds of food preparation and food Photography as well. In my own case , I want it to be more spectacular in nature that's why I am so different from others. I will like to show my own food delicacy which I prepared myself showing my step by step for everyone to see and verify it is not a downloaded images, or article. I spent 2 hours for this delicacy meal. It is called White Yam Flour Paste Meal With Jute Vegetable Ginger-Garlic soup.

How To Prepare White Yam Flour Paste Meal

This is a very common type of food preparation for the Africans generally speaking because it is mostly eaten by them in the time past but now, you see white men coming into food restaurant and eating up the meal without any negative thought asper. I will show more steps below on how to get it done.

Step 1.

You put your clean pot on the stove, gas cooker for it to get boiled with enough water because you will still remove from the water when it get boiled. Pour in your water and cover it for 15 minutes or more depending on the heat supply and source.

Yes, after placing the water pot on the fire it get boiled with time. So before the water get fully boiled you bring out your White Yam Flour and sieve it just this way, clockwise or anticlockwise motion.

After seiving it softly, I had to keep eyes on the boiling water to heat up more and remove little portion out of the hot water for reserve purpose.

Step 2.

I had to move closer to the pot on the fire and add the already sieved White Yam Flour into the hot water and stir together at once.

FOR THE JUTE VEGETABLE GINGER-GARLIC SOUP

Here is the soup Preparation down below.

Step 1.

The jute Vegetable is a green plant that when cooked it will draw up also when added cooking potash to it .

I first of all, detached the leaves from its plant or stem to made it naked , then I soaked it inside water to wash away the stones and dirt on the leaf portion as shown .

Among the soup categories, jute Vegetable soup is one of those soup you do not cover when preparing it .

Step 3.

In my own case why this soup is so different from others was that I included Powdered Ginger-Garlic into it and it made it super delicious.

I had to add Locust beans to the soup before I blend it up together to this this soup solution.

Step 6.

I had to bring it back on the fire to add other food ingredients as well to make it smell great and healthy when eating. The Ginger-Garlic I included smell sweet as well. I added salt, Maggi and that was all.

After 3 minutes of cooking I switched off the gas cooker and that was all. And I served it ready for consumption with the White Yam Flour Paste.
