hello everyone back with me again on this occasion I want to share my favorite fresh snacks, but before I really like when pineapple is processed like this because in my opinion pineapple is a sweet and sour fruit so it is very suitable if it is made into a pickle like this and pineapple too It has a high water content and its sweet and sour taste is the perfect combination to make pickles

Pickles are one of the most tempting foods, even many people are crazy about the taste of pickles because the combination of delicious flavors mixed with fruits such as pickled pineapple makes it addictive without being boring.

The spicy taste makes me salivate and I want to taste it all the time even I can't resist eating for a while while my mouth wants more even though this taste reminds me to try it the next day and for you sweet and sour lovers let's try it




Ingredients for making pickled pineapple:

1 pineapple
3 spoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
10 cayenne pepper
5 red chilies
2 lemons




how to make :

(1) The first step is to take the pineapple and cut it according to taste. Here I cut the pineapple into small pieces

(2) after that for finely ground spices, including cayenne pepper and red pepper and after grinding then cook and use 200ml of boiling water until the water boils and let it sit for a while

(3) and after cooling, add lemon juice and pour into the pineapple that has been cut earlier and use some slices of lime on top and the pineapple pickle is ready to serve
