Hello, everybody greetings. Today made an easy protein recipe for @qurator's Hive top chef theme-high protein. Everybody should be familiar with the ingredients that I used in this recipe. if somebody wants more about them all, the info is available on the Internet.
Ingredients: many ingredients I am using here
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried banana
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup homemade protein flour( i will come with that recipe one day)
10 figs
10 dried dates and 6 fresh dates
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup garden cashews
3 tbsp gum Arabic
1/2 cup tahini
200-gram desiccated coconut
200-grams sugar-cane Jagerry
Roasted all nuts, seeds, flour, coconut, gum arabic
all sweeteners were mixed together in a food processor- Dried banana chips, dates, figs, and jaggery.
warmed the tahini in a pan and mixed it together with all ground sweeteners banana, figs, Jaggery, and dates. used 2 tsp of water to make the mixture faster. added raisins
And all the roasted ingredients in the pan and turned off the heat.
Started mixing mixture using hands.
When mixed thoroughly pressed some of the mixture in the square container.
After a few minutes cut into bars.
I made the remaining mixture into balls.
