Simple recipe: Make a pineapple rambutan setup

Hi, all friends in this community, are back again with my healthy recipes which are simple but not as simple as the benefits for the body or to pamper the tongue, of course. Don't skip reading to the end because you will like this, I'm sure you've made it even though the fruit we use is different. And in this recipe I use tropical fruits to increase our references to new recipes that you should try.



For tonight's recipe I will share recipes that taste fresh, sweet, sour, salty and a little spicy. Have you ever imagined that in one dish there is a taste like that. The dish that I made is how it feels on the tongue. The name is setup and I made this recipe with 2 fruits, namely rambutan and pineapple. The sour taste that is produced from this dish comes from this pineapple. why is this pineapple sour? Because when I bought pineapples last week, I bought these pineapples that were still too young, so they tasted quite sour and could not be consumed, so I thought to process these pineapples to make them more useful and taste better. So I made a Setup.



The ingredients for making this setup are:

1. ½ pineapple (the weight of ½ pineapple is approximately 250 grams)

2. Rambutan (the weight of this rambutan is 500 grams)

3. 2 red chilies

4. Palm sugar to taste (in this measure I use 100 grams)

5. 1 glass of water





How to make :

1. Cut the pineapple, wash it clean and add a little salt so it doesn't itch in the throat

2. Peel the rambutan sufficiently and remove the seeds

3. Cut the chilies that have been previously washed into small pieces and set aside
4. Thinly sprinkle the palm sugar to taste then set aside

5. Heat the water in a saucepan then add the palm sugar and chilies, stir until evenly distributed, taste to see if the sweetness is to your taste or not. after boiling, remove and immediately pour into the container that already contains the pineapple and rambutan.

6. Allow it to cool then you can enjoy it.



This SETUP will taste better if you put it in the fridge, enjoy it little by little every day. And believe me, the pineapple that was originally sour will turn into sweet and the brown sugar sauce that we have made will turn sweet, a little fresh sour and a little spicy. You will be addicted to making this. it would be great if there was cinnamon in it. But because my husband doesn't like it, I don't use it. If you don't have rambutan, it doesn't matter, you can use mangoes with other fruits. Good luck.
