Starting the morning with a good breakfast at home is everyone's dream. However, after enjoying breakfast or a heavy meal, at certain times we will definitely feel hungry again. Well, there are a lot of snacks for sale and they are very quick to make. However, healthy snacks from simple ingredients would definitely be better, right?

Today I made something delicious at home as a snack, namely mushroom tofu wrapped in Pak Choy vegetables. This is a healthy snack that has an extraordinary taste, if you are on a diet or are eating healthy dishes. Try making this a safe snack time at home!




Here are the easy steps for preparing this dish!




Materials Used

6 leave of pak choy vegetables
1 piece of white tofu
2 ear mushrooms
2 Spring onions
1 clove of garlic
5 bird's eye chilies




Cooking Procedure

Step 1
Cut the pokcoy leaves and take only the leaves, I skipped the stems. Then wash the vegetables thoroughly.

Step 2
Mash the tofu until it's smooth, or until it's small so it's easy to wrap later.

Step 3
Cut the ear mushrooms small, then mix with the tofu stir until evenly distributed.

Step 4

Sauté the shallots and crushed cayenne pepper, add the tofu that has been stirred with the mushrooms.

Step 5

Add salt, then cook for about 5 minutes or no more water.

Step 6
Boil the pokcoy leaves until half cooked or until wilted. So that the leaves are easy to roll and not torn.

Step 7
After all the ingredients have been prepared, add one tablespoon of cooked mushroom tofu. Then roll it up to cover the mushroom tofu filling inside.

Pakcoy rolls, filled with tofu and mushrooms are ready to be used. Add chili or serve with sweet or spicy sauce. This is the way to enjoy vegetables with the combination of tofu that has the best taste. The savory and slightly spicy taste makes this dish very tasty. Soft texture and mushroom as a substitute for meat is the perfection of taste.
