Jelly Young Coconut Orange Juice Pudding
Preparing pudding for dessert always excites me. I am very happy to give a new color to the best dessert on the dining table, especially with a touch of attractive colors in this dessert. Dessert made of fruit is the right alternative when I want a colorful dessert. This time, my choice is oranges, apart from having a sweet and slightly sour taste, oranges have a very attractive texture and color to make for dessert.
I prepared dessert today, as a snack during the day. now I have reduced my consumption of fatty foods such as indomie. I think consuming fruit pudding with a little less sugar content will be better than instant noodles. Orange Pudding, has a unique taste, slightly sweet and also a natural sour taste from oranges. I combined this unique dessert with young coconut jelly which has a unique taste very similar to the original young coconut. This is a real blend to create the best dessert in your home.
Ingredients
1 pack of orange flavored jelly
1 pack of jelly coconut flavor
65 ml of instant coconut milk
To taste yellow coloring
6 spoons of sugar
800 ml of water
Steps To Make
Prepare the oranges, then split the oranges to make orange juice.
Squeeze the oranges using a manual press, or whatever you have at home.
Prepare orange-flavored jelly powder, put more than 150 ml of orange juice in a container and then add 300 ml of water.
Add sugar and food coloring, then stir until evenly distributed.
Cook until boiling, after boiling add fruity acid.
Pour the cooked jelly into a glass that has been cleaned, pour only half on the main layer.
Keep it in the refrigerator so that it hardens quickly, then prepare the second layer.
To prepare the second layer, prepare coconut-flavored jelly powder, add sugar.
Add 400 ml of water, then add a pack of instant coconut milk
Stir until the coconut milk mixes with the water, then cook until the jelly boils.
After making sure the orange juice jelly hardens, immediately add the young coconut jelly on the second layer. Wait for it to cool and until the jelly hardens.
Serving Suggestions
Serve the orange pudding cold. It will be very delicious, garnished with orange slices and telang pea flowers on top. It tastes very good, sweet and fruity sour from orange jelly. The best combination of orange jelly and young coconut jelly is very delicious. The fresh and natural taste of both flavors is delicious.
