Papaya flower, is a blessing from nature, a unique vegetable that has various vitamins in it. Papaya flowers have always thrived in my neighborhood lately. At my sister's house, papaya flowers never stop blooming, even though there is only one tree. However, the flowers produced were so abundant, many neighbors who visited my sister's place always asked for the papaya flowers to be used as vegetables as a side dish at home. Because yesterday I also wanted to go to my mother's house, I also asked for some papaya flowers. I immediately plucked myself from the tree.

Materials Used
1 cup of papaya flowers
2 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 sheet of green onions
2 red chilies
5 bird's eye chilies
3 shallots
Steps To Cooking
Step 1
Cut the eggplant in round shape with medium thickness so that it cooks quickly when cooking.
Step 2
Marinate the eggplants with salt briefly for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
After the eggplant is seasoned, bake it in a skillet with a little margarine until it is golden brown.
Step 4
Don't forget to turn it back and forth so it doesn't burn easily.
Step 5
Chop the shallots, garlic and other complementary ingredients.
Step 6
Sauté the shallots and garlic then add the tomatoes, chilies and spring onions.
Step 7
After everything is wilted, add papaya flowers, then stir-fry until wilted.

Add salt then stir and cook until cooked.
