I wish all of you to be able to successfully face every challenge that comes in life. Friends, today I have brought you a very tasty snack to show you how to make it. This is called maggie pakora. It is very tasty and crispy.So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • A small packet of Maggie noodles
  • A tablespoon of cornflour
  • Two tablespoons of bread flour
  • 200ml of oil
  • 60ml of water

  • 150 grams of boiled potatoes
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • A handful of curry leaves
  • Two green chilli pods
  • A medium sized onion
  • A piece of ginger
  • About three pods of cardamoms
  • A few pieces of cinnamon
  • A few of cloves
  • A teaspoon of pepper powder
  • A teaspoon of salt powder

The method of making;

Add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom to a pan and fry for a few seconds and grind them.

Now wash well and cut the big onions, curry leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies into small pieces.

Break Maggi noodles into very small pieces by hand.

After that mash the potatoes well.

Now heat another pan and add two tablespoons of oil to it. When the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic, curry powder and ginger and fry for about thirty seconds.

Then add the chopped onions and green chillies and stir well again and reduce the heat on the stove.

Now add ground mixture.

Then add pepper and salt powder to it and stir well again.

Now turn off the heat and add the mashed potatoes, stir well, remove from the heat and leave to cool in another bowl.

Now let's make the batter.

For that, take a bowl and add one table spoon of cornflour and 2 table spoons of bread flour.

Now add water little by little and make a regular liquid batter.

Make small balls of normal size from the potato mixture.

Spread the prepared potato ball in the liquid, take the spread ball in one hand and spread Maggi noodle pieces with the other hand.

Fry the prepared maggi pakoras in deep oil for about six to seven minutes on medium heat until golden.
