Now wash well and cut the big onions, curry leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies into small pieces.
ā
Break Maggi noodles into very small pieces by hand.
After that mash the potatoes well.
Now heat another pan and add two tablespoons of oil to it. When the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic, curry powder and ginger and fry for about thirty seconds.

Now turn off the heat and add the mashed potatoes, stir well, remove from the heat and leave to cool in another bowl.
Now let's make the batter.
For that, take a bowl and add one table spoon of cornflour and 2 table spoons of bread flour.
Now add water little by little and make a regular liquid batter.
Make small balls of normal size from the potato mixture.
Spread the prepared potato ball in the liquid, take the spread ball in one hand and spread Maggi noodle pieces with the other hand.
