Si les había dicho antes que las clases de los cursos a los que estoy asistiendo habían sido un tanto estresantes, nada se compara a lo que vivimos hoy.
Lo peor es que el mismo personaje que arruinó una clase pasada fue el que nos arruino parte de la clase de hoy.
Les cuento... Hoy nos tocaba preparar 3 recetas: Pan de sandwich, que la clase pasada no pudimos hacerlo por no tener el molde de caja, panetón y rosca de reyes. Estas últimas dos son parte del módulo de navidad.
Yo llegué súper tarde porque no pasaba transporte pero afortunadamente al llegar me di cuenta que no habían comenzado con las preparaciones.

Normalmente soy una de las encargadas de pesar los ingredientes, pero hoy dejé que mis compañeros lo hicieran, así ellos también practicaban y aprendían como era.
Todos estabamos sentados hablando, esperando que como siempre la profesora saliera y nos diera las instrucciones para el primer pan, que sería el de sandwich.
Mayor sorpresa nos llevamos que cuando voltee a ver a este personaje lo vi amasando. Yo quede como 😱😱😱😱😱 y enseguida me puse 😡.
Le dije: "Por lo menos nos hubiera avisado que iba a comenzar para nosotros poder observar el proceso". Él señor entre risas y gestos burlones dijo: "Bueno aquí estoy, pueden ver..."
Esto nos enfureció a todos y más a la profesora que al escuchar nuestras salió a ver que pasaba y se encontró a este señor amasando. Se tomó la atribución de comenzar y hacerlo "a su manera".
¿Por qué pasa esto? porque él sabe de cocina y se hace llamar panadero y pues como "se las sabe todas", quiso afocarnos a todos con sus capacidades. Cosa que acabó por arruinar la experiencia para todos y por supuesto mi documentación (esto me dolió en el alma).
En menos de 10 minutos ya había dado por terminado el amasado y aunque yo intenté documentar, la verdad nada de eso sirve porque no se siguieron los pasos de la receta.

Why is this happening? Because he knows how to cook and he calls himself a baker and since he "knows it all", he wanted to amaze us all with his abilities. This ended up ruining the experience for everyone and of course my documentation (this hurt my soul).
In less than 10 minutes he had already finished the kneading and although I tried to document, the truth is that none of that works because the steps of the recipe were not followed.
Desde ese momento nosotros no quisimos saber más de ese pan que había hecho el señor, él hizo lo que quiso, estuvo pendiente de si reposaba o no la masa, luego lo armó como le provocó y colocó en la bandeja.
En ese momento, muy orgulloso de lo que había hecho me pidió que le tomara foto a su "creación". Yo lo hice, pero solo para documentar este desastroso momento.
Por otro lado nosotros intentamos continuar con las otras recetas, sin permitir que él interviniera claro.
La profesora estaba algo callada. Se notaba la molestia en ella y tratando de evitar explotar frente a todos tomó esa actitud.
Es complicada su posición, pues como educadora debe dar el ejemplo, yo no podría sinceramente.

I had lost my pen and had to write everything down on my phone, but it was more comfortable.
Then we stayed there talking and organizing the materials that each one of us had to bring.

Adivinen que pasó con el pan de sandwich... Se quemó y quedo ¡CRUDO!. Tanto hablar, tanto fanfarronear no sirve de nada si no demuestras con acciones lo que realmente puedes hacer.
Esto le sirvió de lección pues por mucho que él crea saber, nos demostró que es tan novato como todos los que estamos en clases. Y ponte que no sea así y que de verdad sepa, pero tienes que dar la oportunidad a los demás de aprender y no dar por sentado que saben, pues por algo estamos asistiendo al curso.
Con todos los que hablé al respecto tenían el mismo pensamiento, y esta bien que quiera obtener el certificado, pero no debes entorpecer el camino de los otros.
Nos sintió mucho que desperdiciáramos tanto el tiempo como el material, y aún así la profesora nos dio nuestro trozo de pan a cada uno.
Guess what happened to the sandwich bread? It burned and it was ROUGH. So much talk, so much bragging is useless if you don't show with actions what you can really do.
This served as a lesson for him because as much as he thinks he knows, he showed us that he is as much of a novice as all of us in the class. And let's hope that he is not like that and that he really knows, but you have to give the opportunity to others to learn and not take for granted that they know, because we are attending the course for a reason.
Everyone I talked to about it had the same thought, and it's fine that you want to get the certificate, but you shouldn't get in the way of others.
We were very sorry that we wasted both time and material, and yet the teacher gave us each our piece of bread.
