Hoy se materializó una de las metas de este año, soy oficialmente Panadera y Repostera ♥. Es una emoción muy grande la que siento y por supuesto no podía dejar de compartir este logro con ustedes.
Han sido parte de todo el proceso desde que comencé y al mismo tiempo han ido aprendiendo al igual que yo de las diferentes preparaciones que estos dos cursos ofrecían.
Aún tengo algunas receticas guardadas por ahí y prometo terminar de enseñarles en los próximos días. Por ahora les contaré un poco de lo que fue este tan anhelado día.

Today one of the goals of this year materialized, I am officially a Panadera y Repostera ♥. It's a great emotion that I feel and of course I couldn't stop sharing this achievement with you.
You have been part of the whole process since I started and at the same time you have been learning as much as I have from the different preparations that these two courses offered.
I still have some recipes saved and I promise to finish teaching you in the next few days. For now I will tell you a little of what this long awaited day was like.
Desde bien tempranito en la mañana desperté para que me diera tiempo de hacer todo (arreglarme, comer y estar pendiente de que mi hijo también lo hiciera). Podíamos llevar acompañantes así que le pregunté a él si le gustaría acompañarme y muy contento me dijo que le gustaba la idea. Era mi invitado especial ♥.
Tomamos el transporte público y luego de caminar un poco llegamos al sitio. El evento ocurriría en el auditorio de un liceo que queda cerca de nuestra escuela de emprendimiento.
Afortunadamente fui con mi compañera Zule, quién había estudiado ahí y pudo guiarnos hasta el sitio.
I woke up very early in the morning to give me time to do everything (get ready, eat and make sure my son did too). We could bring chaperones so I asked him if he would like to join me and he happily said he liked the idea. He was my special guest ♥.
We took public transportation and after walking a bit we arrived at the site. The event would take place in the auditorium of a high school near our entrepreneurship school.
Fortunately I went with my partner Zule, who had studied there and was able to guide us to the site.
Al llegar habían muchas personas en la entrada pero la mayoría ya estaban dentro del auditorio. Cuando entramos había un señor organizando todo en la entrada y no me quería dejar pasar con mi hijo.
El espacio era reducido y entendí esto hasta cierto punto, aunque mi hijo es pequeño, estaba solo y según él debía dejarlo afuera. Yo no llevé a mi hijo para que me esperara afuera, así que lo ubiqué junto a la entrada del lado adentro sentado en una silla para que estuviera cómodo y pudiera ver todo, ya luego encontraría la forma de llevarlo hasta donde estaba yo.
Nos entregaron las estolas para que nos la colocáramos, yo por supuesto tenía dos, una de panadería y otra de repostería.
When we arrived there were many people at the entrance but most of them were already inside the auditorium. When we entered there was a man organizing everything at the entrance and he did not want to let me in with my son.
The space was limited and I understood this to a certain extent, even though my son is small, he was alone and according to him I had to leave him outside. I did not take my son to wait for me outside, so I placed him next to the entrance on the inside sitting on a chair so he would be comfortable and could see everything, and then I would find a way to take him to where I was.
We were given our stoles to put on, I of course had two, one for baking and one for pastry.
El motivo de la celebración era la zulianidad, que es en honor al Estado Zulia, lugar donde vivo.
Tenía telas coloridas para la decoración del escenario y algunos símbolos alusivos al motivo.
Arriba estaba ubicada una mesa donde se sentarían las autoridades y jurados de todo el evento.
The reason for the celebration was Zulianidad, which is in honor of the State of Zulia, where I live.

Éramos muchísimos graduandos, a pesar que faltaron muchas personas. Al principio estaban parados tratando de ubicarse, había personal dirigiendo para que todos tomaran asiento y ya luego solo quedaba esperar que comenzara el evento.
There were a lot of graduates, even though there were many people missing. At first they were standing around trying to get situated, there were staff directing everyone to take their seats, and then all that was left was to wait for the event to begin.
Mientras esto ocurría yo aproveché de tomarme algunas fotos y también junto a mis compañeras.
Todas estábamos haciendo un esfuerzo sobre humano por mantenernos cuerdas y regias porque el calor que estaba haciendo era insoportable. Yo menos mal había consultado antes de ir si el sitio era fresco, para ver si me iba con mi cabello suelto o recogido.
Es por eso que decidí hacerme una cola alta e irme con un tipo de blusa que no se notara si estaba sudada o no (si han leído mis post anteriores sabrán que esto es un gran problema que me atormenta jajaj)
Algo que me tenía súper mal es que mi hijo estaba hasta el fondo de la sala y muchas veces por más que intentara no lo veía. Sabía que se podría estar sintiendo mal con esto y de haber sabido lo que pasaríamos no lo hubiera expuesto a eso.
Pero a pesar de todo él estaba feliz porque estaba acompañándome en este gran proceso y ya lueguito pudimos resolver. ♥
Por fin dieron el anuncio que faltaban 5 minutos para comenzar, así que corrí a darle un beso a mi hijo, entre apretujones con la gente porque como les digo, todo estaba súper reducido de espacio, y ya luego que todos se sentaron comenzó nuestro evento de graduación. 😊
Esta experiencia ha resultado ser un tanto larga para contar en una sola publicación, así que decidí dividirla en dos para poderles contar todo con lujo de detalles. Esten atentos, el día de mañana les comparto el resto de este lindo evento. ♥
While this was going on I took the opportunity to take some pictures of myself and my companions.
All of us were making a super human effort to keep our hair in shape because the heat was unbearable. Thank goodness I had checked before going to see if the place was cool, to see if I could wear my hair down or up.
That's why I decided to make a high tail and go with a type of blouse that did not show if I was sweaty or not (if you have read my previous posts you will know that this is a big problem that torments me hahahaha).
Something that had me super bad is that my son was all the way to the back of the room and many times no matter how hard I tried I couldn't see him. I knew he might be feeling bad about this and had I known what we would go through I wouldn't have exposed him to that.
But in spite of everything he was happy because he was accompanying me in this great process and then we were able to resolve it. ♥
Finally they gave the announcement that there were 5 minutes left to start, so I ran to give my son a kiss, between squeezing with people because as I say, everything was super reduced space, and after everyone was seated our graduation event began. 😊
This experience has turned out to be a bit long to tell in one post, so I decided to split it in two to be able to tell you everything in detail. Stay tuned, tomorrow I will share with you the rest of this nice event. ♥
