Today when I arrived at school, the first person I met was the coordinator. It was fitting that she was the first person to greet me, as she gave me some shocking news. One of my students had passed away.
In 10 minutes it was my turn with that classroom. I still don't know most of the names, so I still couldn't place his face. The coordinator asked me what I was going to do. The event was on Saturday and on Monday they did not see classes.
My student died of a heart attack playing soccer. He had had heart problems since he was a child and he had a valve that was about to be replaced by another one. It seems that he pushed himself too hard playing and collapsed in the middle of the game, with several of his classmates.
After I was shown his picture with the Hive banner, I was more shocked. I remembered him, although not if he had posted his presentation. When I got home I checked and it still wasn't a Hive.
When they got to class I asked them if they wanted to talk or for me to teach the class. We are precisely at the stage of personal branding where we focus on emotions and personality. They told me that they preferred a dynamic class and I just played a very dynamic one.
Some time ago I made a video about "constructive bullying" as I call it. On tik tok they removed my video because of that name. So in the video I will show you of the class, below, you will see that I talk about positive bullying. That term fits better even though they have less marketing.
The truth is that they laughed and forgot about their pain. It was amazing to see us like that. It seems that I chose the best therapy for the moment, although it was already on the schedule a long time ago.
Liketu, Hive's Instagram-like app, was also discussed. The next task for the house will be on that app, when we will debut the short format on Hive.

Hoy cuando llegué al colegio, a quien primero me encontré fue a la coordinadora. Algo oportuno que fuera la primera persona en saludarme, ya que me dio una noticia que me dejó helado. Uno de mis alumnos había fallecido.
En 10 minutos me tocaba con ese salón. Todavía no me se la mayoría de los nombres, por lo que todavía no ubicaba su rostro. La coordinadora me preguntó qué pensaba hacer. El suceso fue el sábado y el lunes no vieron clases.
Mi alumno falleció de un infarto jugando futbol. Desde pequeño con problemas del corazón y tenía una válvula que estaba en momentos de cambiarse por otra. Al parecer se exigió mucho jugando y se desplomó en pleno partido, con varios de sus compañeros de clase.
Después que me mostraran su foto con el pendón de Hive, me conmocioné más. Lo recordaba, aunque no si había publicado su presentación. Al llegar a casa verifiqué y todavía no era un hiver.
Cuando llegaron a clase les pregunté si querían hablar o que diera la clase. Precisamente estamos en la etapa de la marca personal donde nos enfocamos en emociones y personalidad. Me dijeron que preferían una clase dinámica y justo tocaba una bastante dinámica.
Hace un tiempo hice un video sobre "bullying constructivo" como lo llamo yo. En tik tok me eliminaron el video por ese nombre. Por eso en el video que les mostraré de la clase, más adelante, verán que hablo de chalequeo positivo. Ese término le queda mejor aunque tienen menor marketing.
Lo cierto es que rieron y se olvidaron de su dolor. Fue increíble vernos así. Parece que haya elegido la mejor terapia para el momento, aunque ya estaba en la programación hace tiempo.
También se habló de Liketu, la aplicación de Hive parecida a Instagram. La próxima tarea para la casa será en esa aplicación, cuando estrenaremos el formato corto en Hive.
Lo más seguro es que mañana les traiga el video de la clase...
