Feliz noche amigos de esta hermosa comunidad de Hive en especial de esta comunidad de Amazing Drink, ayer prepare una rica y cremosa chicha de arroz, una de la más populares y la que más recuerdos trae de la infancia sobre todo la famosa chicha el chichero de lácteos los Andes muy rica.
Los ingredientes para prepararla casi todos los tenemos en casa, por lo general se deja el arroz remojando toda la noche.

Se bate en la licuadora pero como yo no tengo lo hago con el mixer y queda bien, se bate bien hasta que el arroz se licue bien y quede una mezcla homogenea, se rectifica el sabor, se sirve en un vaso con bastante hielo se le agrega más leche condensada si es su gusto y canela en polvo, como queda bastante cremosa y le echo bastante hielo uso un pitillo para poder beberla mejor.
