Make coffee, ginger lemongrass by the river in the cool mountain air.

When I made this drink I was still on the edge of the river which is located on the edge of the forest. I deliberately went to this place to stop for a moment from my busy routine and I deliberately chose this river because this place has a very low budget and is very suitable for my current pocket, which has to save money because of my new house that I just built. I have visited the banks of this river several times because the water is very cold and so is the air, even though when I came the sun was hot. However, being on the banks of this river is very peaceful and the cold air beats the quite hot sunlight.

And because I already know the condition of this river, where there are no visitors, let alone a canteen, I also have to save money, so I decided to bring a stove and coffee that I can make and brew on the bank of the river. And from home I had intended to make coffee which I mixed with ginger and lemongrass, this drink is also often called bandrek by the people who live in my city.

The ingredients for making this bandrek are:

1. 2 tablespoons of coffee (adjust to taste)

2. 1 thumb of ginger

3. 1-2 segments of lemongrass

4. 1 glass of water

How to make :

1. Boil water until it boils

2. While waiting for the water to boil, I peeled the ginger, washed and crushed it as well as the lemongrass so that the benefits of the ginger and lemongrass as well as the taste come out when mixed with coffee

3. When the water has boiled, add the coffee

4. Then add the ginger that has been crushed previously

5. After that, add the lemongrass and stir briefly

6. Lemongrass ginger coffee can now be enjoyed.

This lemongrass ginger coffee drink is very suitable to drink in cold weather with the function of warming the body, especially like me who cannot consume alcohol to warm the body. This drink is very suitable for consumption. When this drink goes down your throat and into your stomach, you will feel the warm feeling then on your tongue the taste of ginger, which is very distinctive on the tongue and the smell of lemongrass makes this coffee taste even better.

The question for tonight is, have you ever made a drink like this, especially when you were camping? I'm sure everyone has made it even though there are a few differences in how it is made. Let's share and say hello to me, Maytom from Indonesia
