Hello everyone. It was overcast this morning and was threatening to rain so I quickly finished tidying up the garden after working in it yesterday before going out for my run.
Just a fairly short run of about 6km. I thought it would be easy after having a few days off of running but the recent ladder work has taken it out of my legs more than I expected.
I went down to Chewton Keynsham, then up the track to the main Wellsway road. From there I did my normal loop of the back lanes towards Saltford and back.
The rest of the day was uneventful with a just a trip to the supermarket and a few household chores to keep me busy.
