My hip seems to be getting better so I'm finding it frustrating that I'm not running at the moment, but I've promised myself that I'm not going to run until at least Wednesday.
After my first shift at work I went for another reasonably slow paced walk through the park and then around the local country lanes again ending up going through Chewton Keynsham.
Luckily the weather held off while I was walking and although most of my pictures show sunny conditions it rained quite heavily almost as soon as I got home.
The hedgerows are certainly vibrant and full of life at the moment. I guess the overnight downpours and warm days are bringing everything to life at once.
