I started off today with a 10 km run in the morning. I felt good for the first part but then got cramp in my calf muscle and had to walk for a while. After that my pace was slow and my muscle started aching even more after I finished so need to rest it for a few days now.
Life is like that some times. Even though things feel like they are going well, life throws us a curve ball and we need to readjusted.
There are things within our circle of influence we can change. Like perhaps I can stretch more before running. I already do stretch but I will think about warming up more.
This is true for any obstacle in life. Look to see what is within our circle of influence and see what can be improved.
If it is outside your circle of influence then don't sweat it. There is nothing you can do about it anyway.
