One of the mocktails we made during the food and drink tasting this was the star 🌟✨ of the show. Pina picante it called. Main ingredient is the pineapple 🍍 juice and jalapenos syrup will share with you guys when we finalize the drinks recipe and do a different post just for drinks recipes gonna be perfect.
A cup of Spanish coffee ☕ for me today to the ones who doesn't know what is Spanish coffee basically it's a mixture of condensed milk 🥛 about 15 to 20gram, shot of 30ml espresso shot ☕ and top with steamed milk 🥛 to make it simpler it's just a sweet coffee haha but I love it. I never knew this drink existed I only put condensed milk with instant coffee ☕ never thought about espresso shots with condensed milk 🥛 before. Taste Great it's my new favourite drink these days.
If you seen my previous post you notice this beautiful lights here it's one of the view when I finish work and head to my rented room this is what I see 🤠 I just realized there's a guitar 🎸 there at the side of the lights. Weird how you walk the same road for 2 months and you keep finding something new to see if you look really close at your surroundings.
So today we did training on food allergies on guest such as nuts, seafood, gluten and that's all I can remember for now haha haven't had any day off for 3 weeks now if not mistaken schedule has been crazy because we are rushing for the opening on the 10th June which everyone is looking forward to.
I've been having problems with my calf these days I checked on Google lol 🤣 I always check Google if I feel unwell or weird things happening on my body so when I check it says that I'm straining my muscles which make sense if you walk everyday for 10 to 14 hours daily and standing all day. But today a bit weird something wrong with my phone again didn't register on my actifit I need to find a way to fix this.
So I need to drink more water so my legs healed better and lift my legs a bit while I sleep to reduce blood flow to my legs it says that it will help my legs heal better if any doctors or any expert is reading this let me know what I can improve to make sure I can take care of my legs better.
I also reduce my coffee I used to drink about 4 to 5 cups a day now my max is 2 cups of coffee ☕ ☕ but I think I need to stop completely until I get a day off so my body can rest better. I'm pushing my body too much I want to slow down but I don't know I feel like I can do more than what Im doing now.
I fell like the ball is rolling so keep it rolling on a steady pace. Like the other day I tried to stop writing was such a weird day haha I was so blur of what to do. I guess writing does help it doesn't even matter if people are reading it or not it's more to help yourself to understand what is going on in our lives on a daily basis and what small achievement we achieve on a daily basis.
Due to all these small achievement we get done daily that push us even further and motivate us to do what we need to do. I still have no idea what I want to achieve in life but Jordan peterson said as long as you do your best on one thing at least you know you will like it or not or you can always change in the future.
I tried to do other things before so many times but I always go back to restaurant business or work or manage etc.
For now I'm sure I wanna stay and do this for another 10 years and see how far up I can get. Focus all my energy and time on this and master what needs to be mastered and compete with anyone I need to compete with. Well I guess that's all for now.
