I've been reading this Dr Joe Dispenza book slowly and I did some summary reading on its book š there is this one concept where he talk about self love š it's not that you love yourself no it's about loving your future self that is how you stop going back to old habits and your past because for me personally our past doesn't define us and our past is not important at all.

Basically we have to create a future self of ourselves in our head š£ļø or write āļø down what you want your future self will be let's say for example I want myself to be able to speak 3 languages in the future English, Malay and Arabic. I want to be able to speak this 3 languages for my future self.

Also I want to be a person who cannot be offended by mere words because words are just words nothing else even if people are rude and irritating I want to be that force for good that no one can penetrate that shield on me.

Also I want to be stronger and better at fighting š¤ in order to be a complete man you need to be gentle and a beast at the same time that is my future self I want to be that pillar of strength to protect and heal people around me.

I want my future self to have land and build a business so I can be blessed after I'm blessed with wealth I can start helping others in need around me this is my purpose in life š§¬ I always knew it's my duty to serve till the day I die in order to serve I need to create wealth where I can share this wealth with other people.

I do not want to see poverty among my people ever again.
I believe this is another step to growing as a person when we become who we are we will have that aura of unpredictability and power within us. We just need to unleash it from within.
