Yesterday was a good one in terms of physical activity. Although not all of it translated into the number of steps, I did some gardening work in the morning. My arms had been feeling weaker for a while, but yesterday, they felt strong again, although I still have to keep an eye on my frozen left shoulder. I've been doing some exercise with dumbbells and a resistance band.
Despite an unexpected quick shower in the afternoon, then the afternoon was perfect to go back to the mountains. So I went hiking with some friends.

The view from the lookout point, where we usually stop to chat and admire the view is so impressive. I never get tired of looking at it. I don't have to explain why, the picture speaks for itself, right?

The mountain is thick with vegetation due to the frequent rains. There go my friend L and Choco, the boy in the group. 😄🐶

There are not many flowers in these mountains, except for many small white wildflowers, so I was surprised by these fuchsias. Pretty, aren't they?

As we walked back, the sunlight was magical over the mountain, and the sky was clearer. El Avila looked so majestic.
Yesterday's walk is likely to be extended in this week's Wednesday Walk. I have some good pictures from yesterday, so there will be more.
I didn't reach 10k steps, but was a good day for me, the kind that leaves no doubt that I'm #aliveandthriving.
That's all for today.
Thanks for reading.
