A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
Even today the heat and the sun dominate the sky of Naples. It does not seem to us but there is a strong wind that sometime look like is cool. In the sun it is very good and I continue to take a lot in the face since I don't suffer to have exposed my skin to the sun’s rays.
Today I went to see a friend of mine who needed to update the maps of his Peugeot 308’s sat nav since, even though he had downloaded everything he needed, but he didn't know how to do it and the only instructions he had were to go to a dealership if he did not feel able to update it.
Meanwhile, his dog, who remembers me even though it doesn’t see me often, didn’t leave me until it received a proper ration of cuddling.
Following my instincts and with some attempts I managed to install the updated maps that he had received for free in promotion on his phone.
Returning home, on a road I don’t usually walk, I noticed that the gardens of the neighborhood are enormously neglected with great degradation and this is also grass that causes allergies. In fact, my eyes aren’t exactly happy that I’ve been in contact with this irritating pollen.
Back home I take a look at the plants that I have placed outside my balcony a few weeks ago and I notice that they are beginning to green and bloom better.
They feel #alive and accompany me on our stage of my #iamalivechallenge number 37. I’m happier when everything around me is strong and prosperous.
