A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
Today dawn gives us a clear sky, finally. If it doesn’t rain, it’s better to enjoy the color that makes me feel better when I start the day. Better to start off on the right foot in the morning squirting from inside the bed.
Since nature gave me the right environment this morning to be #alive I left my #iamalivechallenge number 43. In shirt and shorts I dropped to reach the milestone of 10k steps as soon as possible.
Today I passed by the largest hospital center in Europe, whose squares were already full of people from the early hours of the morning.
From behind the nosocomio sprout the columns of Naples that are visible quite clearly this morning despite the fairly hot day.
Then I reached the track of the municipal villa of the municipal park Fratelli de Filippo named after the great artists of the Neapolitan theater that the city will never forget.
In the afternoon I went out to do a service that did not go very well but in the end I rounded up the already substantial booty of steps.
